PDF attachments becoming blurred upon upload

Hi,

we've encountered an issue with PDF uploads. In some attachment fields, the PDF that comes through ends up becoming blurred, as if the file has been compressed. We're pretty sure that the file looked normal on the end user's end,  because sometimes a PDF has been submitted in two parts in two separate attachment fields and only the other one looks blurred. 

One of the attachment fields had the cap of about 1 MB while others have a cap of about 5 MB. This blurring seems to happen regardless of file size cap however.

It's attachment fields 3 and 4 that have been giving the problems.

I cloned your form and made a test submission with 2 PDF files attached to the mentioned file upload fields but I could not reproduce the problem.

When I download the 2 PDFs, their file sizes are retained as well as their quality.

Also, as far as I know, we do not make any changes to the uploaded files nor compressed them. They should remain as they are.

I couldn't be certain but perhaps the problem might be with the PDF reader you're using or the downloader? Or perhaps the file itself is blurry when uploaded to the form.
