JotForm card layout,Address field is too narrow and can't be inputted

    A user is trying to use my "President's Club" form and has all the other questions filled out but can't get past "home address" bc of a red box - see screen shot. what should he do?

    I cloned your form and tried to run in it Google Chrome,Firefox and Internet Explorer but I can't seem to replicate the issue.

    Here is my screen shot.

    May I know what browser your user was using?

    Try to clear browser cache see if the issue still remains.

    All my users filling out the form are not able to do the address section properly!!! Please help!!!

    I have checked your form and still I can replicate the issue.

    May I know what browsers your users are using? are they using mobile devices to browse your form?

    Try to clear browser cache see if the issue still remains.

    Still does… in both Chrome and IE

    Sorry for the inconvenience, The issue maybe because of the autocomplete for the address field.

    Kindly clear your form cache in your myaccount/settings

    then Settings

    scroll down until you find Form Caches and click Clear Cache.
