Preventing spaces ion fields.

How do I prevent users from putting spaces in fields?
This form I have created creates HTML links to text my customers.
But if they enter a space in any of the fields it breaks the link. (For example if the put their first name as "DR. James")
How do I prevent them from inputting spaces?

There is no way to prevent space, or disable the spacebar key.
