This makes no sense to me, all way well and not when I try to publish I get 404 errors...any Ideas?

I have checked your account and see that it is active and good in standing. As I check the form provided, it is working fine with the direct URL.I see that you are using custom URL for the form. Please check if the custom URL is enabled for the form from the Publish wizard. Please refer the following guide that can help you with using custom URLs for the forms.
