I thought it would be possible to send the "Edit Submission" link for a "Pending Payment" submission to the customer, to make him/her pay (by clicking on the Submit button) without having to re-fill the registration form fields.

However, I noticed that "Pending Payment" submissions don't come with a "Edit Submission" link. Why?

Is there a solution to enable the customer to pay without having to re-fill the form?

An incomplete payment means that the user decided not to complete the payment when he was redirected to the PayPal page after submission. The user can edit all form fields data except payment data which is anyway not allowed to be edited.
