Is there such a thing as a "selection formula" for reports?

    Hi,

I am using a JotForm form to collect memberships for a horse club.

When a member pays their dues each year, I select the year paid in the "Payment History" field in my form.

How do I display only those paid for 2018 in a report?

    thanks,

    Amy

I suggest you use the Visual Reports which have Filtering options (Date filters which must be what you're looking for, and Question & Answer filters).

To create a Visual Report, click the form you want to work on, click the Reports button, then Add New Report. Chose Visual Report Builder (see screenshot)

After clicking next, you will be redirected to the Visual Report Builder.

There you can choose how you want your data to be displayed. I suggest Grid or Text Grid.

To add a Filter, click the Filters button then Add New Filter.

Choose Submission Date and then Select your preferred option (Custom range).

Here is a comprehensive guide about Visual Report filters: https://www.jotform.com/help/281-How-to-Use-Visual-Report-Filters
