Display form fields on one page

Hi,

When I cloned one of forms the clone layout is completely different. All the fields are separated with a next button.

How I create a clone with the correct layout with all the form fields on one page or at least change the form layout to one form/page.

You may switch the form layout to display all the fields in one page from the Form settings. Please see the screenshot below:

I need my form to show all questions before the user starts filling it out.
