    Any update on our refund request


    we have lost many orders so far, i am sorry to say we cannot continue with Jotform

    Just a confirmation, you want us to downgrade your account back to the free user and refund your last payment?

    If we do that, your forms will be disabled and your account will be over the limit. 

    If that is okay with you, please let us know so we can proceed.

    Yes unfortunetely we need to confirm. We have already implemented a different system

    I have now downgraded your account back to the free user and process a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
