Why are my forms loading slowly on my website?

el dia de hoy los formularios no cargan en mi pagina web, raramente aparecio publicidad en uno de ellos de jotform, otor de lso problemas es la lentitud en cargar de mis formularios.

I have been testing the links you shared and I can see they are loading normally on my end, they are taking between 1-2 seconds to load, please see the images below with the result: 

It may be that there was a temporary issue on our end that was loading resources a bit slow, but I would also recommend you to test your forms using a different network just to make sure there is nothing on the current network you're using that is blocking any resource or slowing down the forms. 

Regarding the branding on your forms, I have checked your account and you're on paid status so you should not have branding on your forms, I have also checked your forms and did not find any branding option on any of your forms.

If the problem persists, please let us know. 

gracias, removi en el panel el ticket que permitia el logo en uno de mis formularios, lo extraño es que siempres estvieron sin esa marca.
