In the form flow feature Is there a way to disposition such as approve/deny and NOT have an email automatically sent to the recipient?

    Hi Donna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand correctly, you do not want to send an Autoresponder Email to the recipient when they submit the form, but rather only after the approver has been approved or denied?

If this is the case, you can remove the Autoresponder Email in the form and create them in the form's Approval Flow. I would recommend saving the source code in the email content first before deleting them. Here's how to do it:

    1. Click Settings in Form Builder.
    2. Go to the Emails tab.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Emails and click the Trash Bin icon to delete.

    4. Click the Delete button to proceed.

    5. Do the same to the other Autoresponder Email.

If perhaps you want to delay the delivery of email notifications after the approver has approved or denied it in the Approval Flows, you can add another Approval element before the Email element. Let me show you how:

    1. Click the Add Element in Approvals Builder.
    2. Drag the Approval element and add it before the Email element.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
