How to have Terms/Conditions field show properly in form and notifier?

Hi!! I have my terms and conditions widget added to my form. my terms/conditions text is inside of the squiggly brackets in the widget settings. But when I preview the form and click on it, navigation goes to www.example.com and I don't see my terms. Do I need to create a site to link to? 

Also, can I get my terms/conditions copy to show up in the notification and auto reply emails? 

I checked your Terms widget and I saw that you're using the Short Scrollable widget:

If you want to add the link, you can use Terms and Conditions:

Where you can add the link:

And that's if you have terms as the online version.

Otherwise, the Scrollable terms you already have should do the job.

And it appears in Notifications as well, so that field (short scrollable widget) should be a proper solution.
