A problem related to saving the form by jotform

    Hi everyone,

    I am faced with a strange problem related to my form.

    It has started from yesterday, before that it works very well.

    The problem is related to saving my form as when I apply changes and click on the form preview or form view. It looks like it only presents the form that was saved a couple of hours ago or before several changes.

    However, when I go to the Revision Changes and check the current version. I can see all of my change and it works well, but in my project review does not show my last updated (the same as the current form).

    Could you please advise me how I can solve it?

    I have refreshed my pages several time (in preview and view mode) with Ctrl and F5. I use different browser and even different system, but the problem is the same related to all of them. It looks like the problem is related to the Jotfrom server.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the issue is causing you.

    To my understanding, the recent changes that you made on your form are not reflecting when the form is previewed. Is this happening to all of the forms in your account or just to some forms? May we know exactly what specific updates are you trying to make in your forms but it is not saving, please?

    I have tried to clear your account's form cache. Please try to make some changes again and test your form after. Let us know if that made any difference.
