How to enable credit card option in paypal payment?

I am using the Standard PayPal payment plugin.  However, I am not seeing an option for paying by credit card without going through PayPal. 

Do I need to use PayPal Pro in order to have that option? 

If not, where do I find the CC option setting? 

Also, I would like to enable multiple submissions so a couple people can test our form.  Where is that setting?

To be able to add an option for Credit card, you need to use PayPal Pro as payment.

I am not sure I understood your question correctly, did you mean multiple submissions from the same user?

For multiple submissions from a single user, just make sure Unique Submissions are  "NO Check".
