I want to apologies for my TONE in contacting JotForm regarding an AUTO RENEWAL charge. I got a phone call form " David " this Am and was handled with respect and understanding. It is a great product ( never any complaints or bugs in your product ) so with my new respect for a Consumer product into days world I want to thank you for your Customer Service and acknowledge that " David" is a great asset.
