    Hi

I have a form for submitting information for a raodshow events. One event might have 4 locations while one might have 10. Is it possible that when a person clicks a box for example that say's Add Another Venue, JotForm automatically creates a new form populated with the same form questions from the first form but empty of data. So the person can fill in another venue and repeat for how ever many venues required.

Currently i have it set up with page breaks for up to 10 venues, but if they are to exceed this i have to keep adding additional page breaks. so this would stop me having to keep adding venue forms and make it more automatic.

You can use the Show/Hide conditions. So you can create the form you want to be seen, and if the user clicks on the box than you will show that form.

In the link below you have full instructions on all the conditions:

In particular you need to check this article: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Please let us know if you have any other question.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response, I am using the Show/Hide Conditions already to do the reveal of each venue option for the form.

What i'm hoping to achieve is that i don't have to create pages and pages of venues options, that when the click the box, is automatically creates a new form, rather then showing or hiding from a form page i've already had to make, does that make sense?

Unfortunately that functionality it's not possible. The only way to achieve what you are looking for is through Show/Hide Conditions.

    I hope this was helpful.
