How do I add another user to my account?

I want someone else to handle most jotform issues instead of myself. This person will handle integrations with mailchimp and other platforms.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Sub User"  account feature. You can share your forms with another user to view / edit forms or submissions.
