But one of my subuser accounts still has branding and does not function as the other user accounts do.  I need this straightened out now.  The user is marnej.

The JotForm branding can be removed only for paid accounts. Please note that "marnej" is a free account.

Also, please note that adding an account under yours as a "sub-user" does not mean "inheriting benefits", this feature is just meant to share your forms with someone else: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

This doesn't make sense. This is not how it has been working for us.

Why should she have to remove branding from my account? None of my other subusers do.

Please note that none of your forms will have our branding, is there a form that stills shows it?

Also, if you do not want marnej's forms to have the branding, this user can transfer ownership of his form to you, by simply transferring the forms to your account.

All he needs to do is to select his forms, and drag and drop them inside the folder that has your username in it, example:

So, those forms will belong to you, and will be subject to the benefits your paid account has. Let us know if you you have more questions.
