Multiple conditions to Hide "send letter using" field, but field persists to Show

Below, I show that I've nested multiple conditions to Hide "send letter using" field (most of which I feel is unnecessary... but all were attempts to try to hide the "send letter using" field.

Unfortunately, all attempts were ineffective when the form is filled up to the point where send letter using is prompted to show ([Is this a memorial or tribute donation] is answered [Yes], and all following questions are filled), and then later changed to [No] for [Is this a memorial or tribute donation]

How can I hide [Send letter using] field, when [Is this a memorial or tribute donation]  is equal to [No]?

I reviewed the Conditions on your form and I found that there were 2 condition rules that affect the "Send letter using:" -- and the conditions were conflicting.

I suggest you remove the condition rule (#1), Save the conditions/form and test again.

See if the change fix how the condition rule work on the form.
