How do I customize the Thank You page and remove the branding footer?

Specifically- I'd like to remove:

Please go to the Account Settings page and un-check the "JotForm Branding". Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.

You will find this option at the bottom of the page.
