I have inserted the Edit Submission button in two places within my confirmation email and neither successfully bring the user back to his or her submission. How do I fix this?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have created a clone version of your form and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you are having when I try to access the edit link to a submission on a clone version of your form — https://www.jotform.com/edit/3913331482124259228
I have accessed the edit link above from the email autoresponder I got when I submitted the form.
Both "Edit Submission" links worked as expected.
I suggest that you make test submissions in your form and let us know if there are any issues that are still happening on your end. You may also ask your respondents what are they getting when they access the Edit Links from the email autoresponder they receive.
