Can you set parameters on a multi option

We have an order form created and they can choose 1 entree and 2 side dishes. We would like to limit the columns with side dishes to 2 items.  Can we make parameters like this on the form? 

The Checkbox field (Multiple choice) have Entry Limits feature that restrict the count of selected choices.
