Unable to create new form under connected parent account

    When I try to create a new form under the parent account it says that the limit of 5 has been reached. If I delete a form and create a new one under the parent account it adds it to the my forms section and not the parent account. The only way to create a new form under the parent account is to duplicate an old form and edit the copy.

     I figured out I can create a form and transfer ownership and that will work but I am unable to create a form under the parent account, this has always worked in the past.

    Glad to know you figured it out. I checked the paid account "shaht", and it is possible to create forms in it. Please log in to that account, and when you attempt to create one, please share a screenshot of the error message received.
