I was charged for a higher price than I expected

    HI!  I recently received an email stating that my account was going to be disabled due to the fact we exceeded 10 payments per month - so we upgraded to Silver level and it said it was $19.50 but when I submitted it it gave me a monthly $39 fee.  Can you please help me with this?

    The monthly discounted prices shown on the pricing list are for annually billed subscriptions.

    Monthly billed subscriptions do not benefit from the discount.

    We can issue a refund if you want us to proceed.
