I was charged for the full price but expected discounted price.

the pricing said 50 percent off but charged my card the full price. can you explain before i call my bank and canx. 

The monthly discounted prices shown on the pricing list are for annually billed subscriptions.

Monthly billed subscriptions do not benefit from the discount.

We can issue a refund if you want us to proceed.
