Login failed - SUSPENDED

    Hi, I wanted to ask why my account got suspended

    Your account was suspended because of this form ¡Bienvenida tu creatividad! asking credit card information. We have deleted the CC fields in your account and unsuspended your account.

    Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    In light of this, it is a must to take any of the following options:

    1. Integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.  

    2. You can take advantage of a feature inside of most of our payment integrations called "Authorization Only" which allows you to collect payments manually at a later time. Here is a more detailed guide on how to do this: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
