Why is the forms limit not decreasing?

I just deleted about 15 old forms. I do not have 25 forms anymore. Can you take off my limit exceeded?

I have manually counted the active forms  for your account and there are 26. You can also check the limit here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage 

Please archive/delete more forms in order to have more room.
