How to change from Card to old Jotform layout?

I pay for last years 19.99/mo service. I would like to access my FORM SETTINGS so I can change my layout from having to click "next" to get to the adjacent question. On the FREE version we started with, the form was preset so you could scroll vertically and answer the questions.  That is the setting I would like to continue using.  Of my forms "Beginning of Trip Checklist" is what I would like, and "End of Trip Checklist" is what I want changed.  I hear this can be accessed in settings>more options>form settings.  When I click "more options" I get nothing of the like.  My work gets regularly interrupted, so I apologize to all the chat box runners I have had to leave in the dust. 

The published form url attached is the setting I dislike. 

This is the new form layout that has been introduced recently and it is enabled on your JotForm. You may change the form layout setting from the form settings (Settings > Click on Show More Options > Scroll down under Form Layout setion) to display all the questions in one page.
