Is there a way users can save form just incase power or computer goes off?

Q2-  what happens if there is a power glitch or the client's computer restarts or something crazy - is there not a way to ensure that the form will save along the way?

You can use the Save and Continue later feature to allow user to save their forms as they continue working on them such that in case power goes of they can still continue filling the form from where they left.
