How to remove the data entered in the fields using the Fill Form option?

I accidentally clicked "fill form" option and would like to remove it so that it doesn't provide the sample text in the form for participants.  I can't figure out how to do this... Thank you for your help!

I can only assume that you have enabled the Autofill feature of your form — How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

Which means that the information you entered in your form will be stored locally in your browser's storage. The data that was entered using the "Fill Form" option and you are seeing on your end will not be available to your respondents because it is only stored in the local storage of your web browser. The data are stored there until the data is cleared when the form is submitted or after 24 hours from the time the form was accessed (as mentioned in the guide I provided above).
