Hi. I created a form in French and in English. The very first question is a 'single choice' type.
When in French (the default language), everything seems to be OK. But if I switch to English, that first 'single choice' does not show up !
I created a "Condition" based on 'language=English' with no luck.
Thanks

The first single choice field in your form is not showing when the form's language is switched to English because of this condition:
The condition also means that the "Serez-vous des nôtres?" will only show if the form language is set to "French".

Thanks Mike_G. Now I have other issues! I see the "Serez-vous des nôtres" block even when I am in English. If somebody does not plan on attending, he should be able to complete a minimum of information so we know that he won't come. But the information block is not available. I lost my "Submit" button, both in French and English !
Gees. I am going back to sleep !

I'm just wondering if the fields set to English by default are necessary for your form to work.
Their French equivalent field should translate to English when the form language is changed.
We can try to help you in creating your form and in order for us to do so, we need to know exactly what should and what should not happen if the options in the fields are selected or if fields are filled. Please give us a clear and detailed instruction on your requirements so we can solve your concern.

Since your last question is not related to the original one asked on this post, I moved it to another thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1350133
Thanks.
