I have tried to downgrade our a/c from the billing system but it didn't work. Please downgrade us to the free account, thanks!

I have to inform you that the pricing plans have changed. And as I can see you have Premium plan which doesn't exist anymore on our pricing plans. And if you change your plan you are not able to benefit from this plan again.
Can you please confirm that you want to downgrade?
