I submitted this issue last week but I am still having problems. I am only sporadically able to download submissions to a PDF, most of the time I can't.
I have tried in Explorer and Chrome. I wait until all photos have downloaded, etc. I am using the PDF button at the top of the screen. The one further down does not work. It just spins and says "generating".
Sometimes the PDF just never happens. The screen doesn't change, etc. But, one in a while I get an error message :
"To display the webpage again, the web browser needs to resend the information you've previously submitted. If you were making a purchase, you should click cancel to avoid a duplicate transaction. Otherwise, click retry to display the webpage again." So, I click retry and absolutely nothing happens.

and was escalated to our level 2. I have checked the status of your ticket and it is assigned already to one of our developers. Please use that thread for our developers will update at that page.
But for the time being,I tried downloading pdf submissions, and I was able to download without any errors.
Using the PDF download above or the one below, did not return any error.
Kindly make sure, you allow your web browser to receive downloads, or your antivirus.
May I suggest, using one of our secure site https://secure.jotform.com/
See if you could download your pdf without any errors.
