mail chimp won't sync contacts through form.

    Hi. I integrated my form with MailChimp to gather contact information from the form and import it automatically into Mailchimp.  When I submit a response in the form to test if it imports to Mailchimp, nothing comes up.  

    Below is my form.

    What do you "mean by nothing comes up"?
    I have made a test submission and I was able to submit without a problem.

    Do you mean the submissions do not appear in MailChimp?
    If that is the case, try selecting a group in the MailChimp integration options. I see you have none selected.

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    Submissions do not appear in Mailchimp. 

    I selected a group as well but that didn't make a difference.

    The problem seems to be the checkboxes. If the user doesn't check a box, the submission is not being reflected in the MailChimp List.

    So, making that field required in your form would fix the problem.

    Making the groups show as Radio Buttons in MailChimp will work even if the user doesn't select any group while filling the form in JotForm.
