Help with changing payment account information linked to our donate button

Hi there,

I was directed to you by our website team. We are needing the payment processor behind our donate button to be changed. They said that JotForms would need to make the change and that they were not able to.

We are having a ton of fraudulent charges made and would like to disconnect our Stripe Merchant Service and set it back to PayPal.

You can remove the Stripe Integration by selecting the payment/donation field and clicking the Remove button. After that, add the PayPal to your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-
