None of my forms show on mobile devices and the direct link in an email does not work either on mobile devices. I have googled the problem and the answer seems to be to add the mobile widget to the top of the forms.
Trouble is the widget required is not in the list or available to me. Can you help?

I have no problem viewing your form on my mobile device.
On that website, I see that you are using the Cards Form Layout and no Mobile Widget is needed for that.
I have cleared the caches of your forms.
Let us know if the issue persists.
