I need to set up a condition on this form:

If any of the ad frequency & size options are selected in the first section (full page, half page, or quarter page), then the next section (Insights Ads: Select which issues to advertise in--either 2018 or 2019) has to be filled out.

Can you please help me set up a new condition for this?

You can be able to achieve the above by using the require conditional logic. What I have done is check if any of the "Frequency and Size" options has been filled then I enabled the fields "2018 Insights" and "2019 Insights".

Below is the form I have set the conditional logic as explained above:

Kindly feel free to clone test and use the form.

Thank you. But the required field needs to be EITHER 2018 Insights OR 2019 Insights (it can also be both but does not have to be). Is this possible?

Unfortunately you can not use the same condition to set the either 2018 or 2019 insights. You will need to set specific condition that will specifically set 2018 as required and an specific condition that will set 2019 as required.

In addition to the above the system will not know which field to set as required if any of the "Frequency and Sizes" fields are chosen. System will not know if it should set "2018" or "2019" as required. Hence reason to set for you to setup a specific condition that will set "2018" as required and another that will set "2019" as required.
