Some patrons are receiving this message. Is it a Dwolla thing? Or a Jotform thing?

I would recommend you to check your account, there seems to be a limitation on the payment methods you receive or something may need to be checked on your Dwolla account, the Jotform integration seems to be properly redirecting to the Dwolla payment page, passing the amount and recognizing your integrated Dwolla account.
