Change in payment type for our account

    I'm trying to change the way our JotForm account is paid for, shifting from my personal PayPal account to our organization's credit card. When I try to change that in the Billing section of our profile, it sends me to PayPal and I'm not sure how to proceed from there. Should I cancel the subscription from my PayPal account first? Or is there a better way to do this?

    Since you are using Paypal we need to cancel your subscription to change it to your Credit Card.

    But you will lose your current Plan Subscription which is Premium Monthly, since it is removed and changed to Bronze plan.

    You can also link your companies Credit Card instead on your Paypal account if that works for you.
