    Team,

Can you enable DKIM when sending response and thank your emails from jotform.com? Some response emails are being held up by our email filtration software (Mimecast) for this reason.

    Thanks.

Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) Signing: A signature is added to outbound messages, which is used to determine if the contents have been tampered with. DKIM validates the contents of the message body and headers, by creating a cryptographic hash (or signature) and adding it as a new header to the message. It confirms that a message's content was sent from a specific domain, by matching the signature to the DNS records.

Unfortunately JotForm doesn't support DKIM authentication. If you want we can submit a feature request to our developers. We can not provide any ETA when this will be implemented though.

Please submit the feature request. While I understand there’s no ETA for repair, if this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll likely need to move my forms to a different provider, which I’m hoping I won’t have to do.

    Thank you.
