Text paragraphs in the form?

I need to insert text paragraphs in my form giving certain information to  the users.

Another question.
When I add elements to the form (basic, quick elements ...) in different lines, I get a very large vertical separation between lines.
How may I set this separation samaller?

Hello,
The best choice for you is to insert Free text HTML into your form.
[X]
Text HTML provide information to your form, you can change the color, font and add paragraph to your text.
