I try to share my form by email and it requires me to fill captcha eve as a paid subscriber

I noticed in recent time when i try to send my form links to my customers it requires that i fill a captcha, it has never been like this before, please advise, filling the captcha reduces my reach and limit greatly.

Since you are using JotForm Cards, here's how to disable the captcha in your form.

Go to Settings > Form Settings > click Show More button and set the show captcha option to NO like the following.

This is an optional feature if you want to enforce spam protection in your form. Captcha won't actually appear when the form detects no unusual activity or history in your browser or network, otherwise, you will be challenged with captcha but the above steps will help you disable it if it's not required.
