Account Disabled

    I have deleted the Paypal option on my form and it is still showing my account disabled. What do I need to do to get my form back up and running? Thanks.

    I am having issues logging into the app and it's saying I have reached my login limit. I have tried to upload a question as well but it doesn't seem to be saving.
