HI there - I just submitted a request to downgrade from Bronze to the Starter free membership.
Your refund policy states I can downgrade at any time, but now it says that won't happen until 12/29/18??
Please advise - I just don't think I'll be needing the Bronze level at this point.

I added your payment to our refund queue since all PayPal payments have to be refunded manually.
You can expect the refund within 7-10 business days.
