How do I add my adobe sign widget?

I created a widget in Adobe Sign, that I want to integrate into the adobe sign widget on my form.  Every time I go into re-Authenticate (as it says to do to integrate my account) it just brings me into my adobe sign account.

Please try doing the authentication while your browser is in Private Mode (Incognito).

The reason why it is not asking for authentication might be because you have already allowed access to JotForm once. You can also try removing the access and trying the integration again, but using the Private Mode in your browser should work just fine.

I think this is out dated as I cannot find what you are looking for in Adobe Sign as it is no longer echosign.  This is the screen I see...1516812134Adobe Sign Print Screen Screenshot 10

I should also add that it is saying that it is authenticated, but nothing happens afterwards.  Should there be a pop up for me to select the widget to add from Adobe Sign?  A button?

I checked your form and I can verify that the Adobe Sign widget is working correctly. In your form, once you enter the registered email address and click the "Sign with Adobe Sign" button, a pop-up or a modal will appear.

On the pop-up or modal, you can complete the digital signature and then click the "Sign In" button. Here's a screen capture of the whole process:

Is there any way to have a form for people to sign that does not require them to sign up for an account?  I just want to have the form pop up to be signed digitally.

    Sorry for the confusion.

The customer can use any email address. It is not required to have an Adobe account. Here's another screen capture where I used an email address that is not registered with Adobe:
