I had a form that was attached to a paypal account. We used it once and then my account was disabled because we're only allowed one payment per month. I've deleted the form and unlinked the paypal account from jotform because we still want to use the free option of jotform. However, now it's not letting me create anymore forms and I'm wondering if you can tell me why.

Please note that your account will get disabled whenever any of your account limits is reached first. So, you could either upgrade or wait for the first day of the following month for the counters to reset.
I have reset the payments limit manually only for this time, this can be done only once per account lifetime.
