I unable to read my encrypted forms

I have received my usual email with encryption information submitted through our website but it will not show the information. Went on to your website to read information, still showing just the encryption. I submitted a test form and still not giving information, just the encryption jibberish.

Can you confirm if you have uploaded your jotform.key file to view the submissions? This file is needed to decrypt and read the submissions in the form. Without it, your submissions are considered lost.
