I have cloned my form, but when i share in Facebook it shows old title

    You need to scrape again your Form URL using Facebook Debug Tool so it will manually update your data on Facebook.

    1. Go to https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

    2. Paste your Form URL in the Sharing Debugger input box and click Debug.
