    they told me that have a problem payment

    What error do they get when they submit the form? Can you please provide more details about the problem they've encountered?

    Also, is your form embedded? If yes, please let us know the website URL so we can check it here.

    So far, when I check your Stripe payment field, it is properly configured. I don't' see any problem with it.
