It downgraded again and maxed out forms, submissions etc! Why does this keep happening?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
When your older subscription was cancelled, your account was scheduled to be downgraded and that caused this issue. I have taken care of your account issues and upgraded it to bronze plan.
Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
