Sub Account - Submissions date time zone issue

the time stamp on forms and reports was 1 hour off so i went in to settings and put time zone to Chicago (Baton Rouge LA is central time) but the time is still an hour off....

what needs to be done to fix this?

The submission date on the shared forms depends on the main account settings. In other words, the time zone should be adjusted from within the main account - lsucoe.
